Cambridge University Engineering Department’s strategic theme on ‘Inspiring Research through Industrial Collaboration‘ has three areas of activity to support the formation and management of collaborations between academics and industrial partners:
- Investigate: Developing and sharing a library of good practices in the setup and management of partnerships [More ..]
- Inspire and Inform: Providing on-line resources and running events to highlight the opportunities and explain the practicalities of partnerships [More ..]
- Implement: Supporting academics and potential partners in the development of collaborative activities [More ..]
These activities are funded by the Higher Education Innovation Fund. In addition, three RAEng-funded Visiting Professors of Innovation have been appointed to support these activities.
